Which professionals can use Lumiris Trade?

Lumiris Trade is open to any professional working in interiors or construction: architects, decorators, property developers, hoteliers, restaurateurs, property managers and anyone in the building or interior design trades. No particular status is required to submit a quote request.

What pricing do trade customers receive?

Discounts vary according to order volume and the nature of the project. Our trade team will set out your tailored pricing in your quote. As a rule, trade customers benefit from terms that are significantly better than the public prices shown on the site.

How quickly will I receive my quote?

Your quote is sent within 48 working hours of us receiving your completed request. For larger projects (more than 10 rooms), up to 72 hours may be needed. An account manager may also call you to refine your brief before the quote is issued.

Can I order products that are not available on the site?

Yes. As a trade customer you have access to our extended catalogue, including pieces that are not listed online, along with personalisation options (colours, finishes, made-to-measure dimensions). Just mention it in the "Additional notes" section of your quote request.

How does site delivery work?

Site delivery is arranged around your programme. You can give a preferred date and a site address when you confirm your order. For large orders, pallet delivery can be arranged. Please set out any access constraints in the notes on your request.

Is there a minimum order value to qualify for trade pricing?

There is no strict minimum order value for submitting a quote request. That said, the best pricing applies from certain volume thresholds. Our team will confirm the terms that apply to your order when we send your quote.
