Response times

General enquiries and order questions: we reply within 8 to 24 hours by email, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Complaints: acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved, wherever possible, within five working days.
Trade and project quotations: within 48 working hours.

Please note that our 24 to 48 hour dispatch time is how quickly we prepare and hand your order to the carrier. It is not our customer service response time.

Helping us answer quickly

To get the fastest possible answer, please include:

your order number, shown in your confirmation email;
the name of the product concerned;
for a damaged or faulty item, photographs of the outer box, the internal protection and the item itself;
the postcode of the delivery address, for a tracking query.

We reply to every message we receive, and we always confirm the next step in writing.

Returns

Please contact us by email before sending anything back, so that we can issue a free prepaid returns label and confirm the correct returns address. You have 14 days from receipt to tell us you would like to return an item, including for a simple change of mind. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
