Where is my order?

Every Lumiris order is tracked from the moment it leaves us. As soon as your parcel is collected, we email you a dispatch confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.

How to track your parcel

• Open the dispatch confirmation email sent to the address used at checkout.
• Click the tracking link, or copy the tracking number into the Royal Mail, Evri or DPD website.
• If you have an account, you can also find the tracking number in your order history.

Tracking can take a few hours to go live after collection, so please allow a little time before checking.

How long delivery takes

• Dispatch: 24 to 48 hours on working days
• Delivery: 6 to 8 working days
• Typical total: 7 to 10 working days from the moment you order

Allow two to four extra working days for the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and offshore addresses. Delivery is free on every order, wherever you are in the UK.

No tracking email, or tracking that has not moved

• Check your spam or promotions folder, and search for "Lumiris".
• Orders containing several lights may be split into more than one parcel, each with its own tracking number and its own email.
• If your tracking has not updated for more than three working days, or if it shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
